Hi!

Welcome to our family blog. We share lots of posts here, and you can also follow along over there:

Styling Spring {at}mine

Styling the Seasons

Today is the first day of April and for the very first time I am sharing my Styling the Seasons monthly post on time! This is thanks to a gorgeous delivery of flowers last week from Bloom & Wild and a special April Styling the Seasons event that I will be attending later this month hosted by {at}mine with flowers from Bloom & Wild, a Spring Wreath workshop taught by Caroline of Wild Rubus and a Spring Posy lesson from Lou Archell at Homemade London on April 29th. You might be able to come too!

Styling the Seasons

The lovely Katy and Charlotte who started the ever inspiring Styling the Seasons project last year would like you to share how you are styling a surface in your home for April  on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook (and your blog too if you'd like to) with the hashtag #StylingSpringAtMine by April 15th. A group of {at}mine members (including me!) will be judging the entries and choosing our favourites to join us at the workshop. I am so excited!

Styling the Seasons

To enter you need to:

1) Style any surface in your home to show what April means to you

2) Post a shot of your styled surface on any social media or blog about it by April 15th

3) Use the hashtag #StylingSpringAtMine so we can see your entry

4) You need to be free to attend the workshop on the morning of April 29th in central London.

Styling the Seasons

Our April styling celebrates birds and flowers. My eldest child, Imogen, is particularly fascinated by birds at the moment and loves to watch them and draw them.

I love to bring a little something from the month before into the new month too, to give a sense of the months and seasons flowing into each other. My favourite mug from March, the flower lights and the Ladybird books have stayed up for April.

Styling the Seasons

I am really excited to see your entries and to meet the lucky winners at the workshop. Happy styling!

And if you would like to join us in the inspiring {at}mine community, share images of your home and take a peek at lots of inspiring ones here is a special invitation.
