Annie Sloan Painting Workshop with Rigby & Mac

Back in November the lovely people at Rigby and Mac invited me to attend one of their Annie Sloan painting workshops down the road from me at the Volcano Coffee Works in West Dulwich. I have had lots of pieces of furniture waiting to be painted for ages, so I jumped at the chance to attend.

The workshop was so inspiring and run by the lovely Lucy who made everyone feel relaxed and welcome. We learnt lots of different painting techniques and got to try lots of the different colours of paint too. The Chalk Paints are so fun to use

I find painting so relaxing and it was great to spend a morning experimenting and playing with the paints. I left having fallen in love with Annie Sloan Chalk Paints and couldn't wait to go home and get painting. I wanted all the colours and to paint all the things!

Tomorrow I will share what I've been painting and details of a competition to win some Annie Sloan Chalk Paint and her inspiring book to get you started on your own painting adventure.
